Detox Diet

To ensure safe and effective inner work during the retreat, we recommend abstaining from alcohol, psychoactive substances, and antidepressants for at least one week before arrival. The earlier you begin, the more gently and thoroughly your system can prepare and reset.

Sexual abstinence

Taking a break from sexual activity one week before the retreat helps stabilise the nervous and hormonal systems — allowing vital energy to be preserved and directed inward.

Emotional Cleanse

Create a calm and spacious environment around and within you. Avoid emotional tension, heavy workloads, and conflict. Reduce your intake of news, social media, and overstimulating content — so that your inner space may soften, quieten, and begin to clear.
