Detox Diet

To help your body and mind fully engage in the process, we kindly ask that you refrain from alcohol, psychoactive substances, and medications (including antidepressants) for at least one week before the retreat. The earlier you begin, the more gently and effectively your system can prepare.

Sexual abstinence

Taking a break from sexual activity during the week leading up to the retreat also supports inner stability — helping the nervous system and emotions settle into balance.

Emotional Cleanse
